1. Consultancy Services & Scope
How do we ensure your European experience is truly unique? Our consultancy service is designed to provide light-themed, premium travel itineraries tailored to individual preferences. We're committed to providing expert advice, yet it's important to recognize that our role is strictly advisory. We don't act as a direct carrier or hotel operator.
2. Booking & Payment Policies
A consultancy fee of 15% is typically required to commence the bespoke planning process. This ensures our experts can dedicate the necessary 40+ hours of research required for a signature LumoraVoy experience. Final payments for guided tours must be settled 60 days prior to departure. We don't accept partial payments on the day of travel.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Life happens. We get it. If you need to cancel, notice must be provided in writing. For cancellations made more than 90 days before the start date, we'll refund 80% of the total tour cost. Consultancy fees, however, are non-refundable as they cover the intellectual property and labor already provided by our specialists.

4. Limitation of Liability
Since we're coordinating with third-party vendors across the UK and the Cayman Islands, LumoraVoy cannot be held responsible for force majeure events including, but not limited to, strikes, weather incidents, or sudden border closures. We'll always work to reroute you, but safety is our priority.
